USFS Publishes New Prescribed Fire Map

You can view all planned, active and completed prescribed fire projects across the Arapaho and Roosevelt National Forests at this new interactive map. Zoom in to an area that interests you and click on the prescribed fire unit. From there you can learn its status, whether it is a pile burn or a broadcast burn, and other useful information about that project.

The purpose of this interactive map is to display prescribed fire activities on the Arapaho & Roosevelt National Forests and Pawnee National Grassland (ARP). Planned, active, patrol/monitor, and completed pile burning and broadcast burning treatment areas (units) are displayed. Additional information about specific project areas can be viewed by clicking on the polygon of interest. Use the bookmark button to zoom into specific Ranger Districts.
